How to setup Autofile for Ohio

Wait for Sidr Tax to request access to your Ohio Business Gateway account


If your Ohio license is registered through Sidr Tax, you should have access to your account after finishing the registration guide. You can skip this step and there is no need to grant us access.


If your Ohio license is not registered through Sidr Tax, please submit an Ohio Autofile request within Sidr Tax. You can review how to submit an Autofile request from the general Autofile guide. Once you submit the Autofile request, Sidr Tax will submit an access request to your Ohio Business Gateway account and notify you. Once you receive our message, you can continue to the next step.


Grant access to your Ohio Business Gateway account


First login to your Ohio Business Gateway account.

Follow the 3 steps in the image below to accept the access request from BYOGCC, Inc.

Click "Confirm" to approve the request.

Grant access to your Ohio Tax eServices account


Grant Third-Party Access with an Invitation. From the eServices dashboard, select the Manage My Profile link. Then, select the Additional Services tab. Find the Manage Representative Access tile and select the Manage Representative Access link. On the Representative Access __page, select the __Send an Invitation link in the upper right corner.

Enter the email autofile@sidr.io and confirm. We will receive an email and accept.


Notify Sidr Tax that you have granted access. You can notify us through in-app chat or email (support@sidr.io).
