How to register for a sales tax permit in Ohio
Sidr Tax creates the sales tax account for you. However, this state requires that you have your own login and we access your account as a third-party.
After Sidr Tax applies for a sales tax permit on your behalf, you will find your Ohio sales tax ID and filing frequency in the registration details.
You will also receive your Ohio sales tax ID, and filing frequency in the mail.
Once you receive your sales tax ID, and filing frequency, you can create a login at Ohio Business Gateway. Provide us with the account username and password, and we will grant you access to your business entity. You can provide them to us during the Autofile configuration process.

Create a Ohio Business Gateway Login
