After you have successfully installed and set up the Shopify Macros app, you should be able to make use of the new capabilities in your macros.

1. Edit your Zendesk macros in https://<your-zendesk-deployment>.zendesk.com/agent/admin/macros

2. Update your macro comment in the "Comment/description" action of a macro

in the text area under Rich content

3. In addition to the Zendesk placeholders available already, you can also add any of the supported Shopify placeholders now. Copy and paste these into your macros as you would with the native Zendesk placeholders.
