# How to register for a sales tax permit in Indiana

| If your state is registered through Streamlined Sales Tax, read [this guide](/en-us/article/streamlined-sales-tax-9bebpb/).
| Sidr Tax creates the sales tax account for you. However, this state requires that you have your own login and we access your account as a third-party.

### Access your [Indiana InTime](https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/) Account

After Sidr Tax finishes your registration, we will provide you with your account credentials. You can access that information by going to the [registration page](https://tax.sidr.io/registrations) and clicking on the details button. You can then access your account at [Indiana InTime](https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/). If your license is registered through Streamlined Sales Tax, please create a login at [Indiana InTime](https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/) to access your sales tax account.

You will get your sales tax ID by logging into your [InTime](https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/) account, or from the mail correspondence.
