# How to register for a sales tax permit in Florida


### Retrieve your sales tax ID and business partner number

After Sidr Tax applies for a sales tax permit on your behalf, you will receive your sales tax ID and business partner number in the mail. You can also see your sales tax ID and business partner number within our app. You can access that information by going to the [registration page](https://tax.sidr.io/registrations) and clicking the details button.

Once you receive the sales tax ID and business partner number, you can create a login at [Florida file and pay](https://floridarevenue.com/taxes/eservices/Pages/sutlogin.aspx).

* Go to [the Florida e-Services Enrollment site](https://taxapps.floridarevenue.com/eenrollment/).
* Select "Enroll new account(s)" under the Taxpayer section.

* Enter your FEIN (Federal Employer ID) and your Business Partner Number.
* Follow the prompts to select which taxes you are enrolling for (Sales and Use Tax).
* Create your User ID and Password: During this process, you will choose the credentials you'll use for future filings.

### Application files

You can access your application files by clicking the **Get Files** button. Please note that the actual application form with file name **fl application.pdf** can only be opened using Adobe Acrobat software. All other files can be opened by any pdf readers.
